| The BBQ runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 22, 2012. | |
| Will the BBQ be held if it rains? | |
| Yes, the BBQ is held rain or shine, but individual activities are subject to cancellation, substitution, or change without notice. Tickets are not refundable. | |
| Do I need to bring my own chair or blanket? | |
| Yes, you need to bring your own chair or blanket. Pop-up tents or canopies for shade are allowed only if you registered for a space. Spaces are 10x10 and cost $20.00. Available on a first come first served basis. | |
| Do I need identification to purchase beverage tickets? | |
| Yes, ID is required upon entrance. | |
| Can I bring my pet? | |
| Sorry, no pets are permitted into the BBQ. | |
| Can I bring my own food or beverage? | |
| Sorry, no outside food or beverage is permitted. | |

| What is included for the ticket price? | |
| • Ticket price covers admission to the festival grounds, a souvenir beer stein for adults and flexible flyer for kids, plus the entertainment (two bands, Kids' Zone activities, observing professional BBQ Teams and Certified Judges in action).
• Food vendors and other vendors will offer items for sale and information for free. • Beer tickets are $2.50 each (= 6 oz. pour). • Due to Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS) Sanctioned Contest Rules and Health Department Regulations, teams CANNOT provide samples to event guests. |
